Over the years it’s been so fun to share my story on so many amazing podcasts. The hosts have always been so wonderful, I always feel so honoured to be asked.

Patricia Rzechowka was diagnosed with MS in 2012 but she's never let it bring her down. Even after going partially blind, she's been motivated to create awareness and was even recognized as Avenue Magazine's Top 40 under 40. A documentary is being released this fall following along with her story. Pepper & Dylan get to know her and see how much of an inspiration she really is.

Patrycia is a champion at reframing situations and putting her best foot forward. We are all allowed to have a bad day, but when we are able to see that life is short and time is precious, attitude matters.

Patrycia was first on the show waaaay back on November 29, 2018! It was Episode 15 and life was very different, yet at the same time, not entirely different. Not many people take the time to consider what life would be like for someone with MS. In a time when people are getting upset about their rights and freedoms, they are rarely considering how their actions can put someone like Patrycia in danger.

My guest today is an exceptionally lovely and inspiring girl by the name of Patrycia Rzechowka. Diagnosed with MS in 2012, Patrycia has been a mainstay on the MS Bike circuit for the past 7 years and, not just in Edmonton, but throughout various cities in the US as well. Patrycia is a huge believer in the power of the Edmonton community and she’s up to a ton of great things these days around the city. I was really touched by the honesty and vulnerability in her storytelling and I know you will be, too.

Patrycia Rzechowka is a pretty outstanding person. Being a naturally high achiever growing up, Patrycia always sought out to better the world. Being diagnosed with MS changed her life, but not in the way you would think... She began channeling her energy into finding a cure, helping others, and supporting people the way she was supported throughout her journey. Being one of Edmonton's top 40 under 40 was just a by product of what she loves doing, and never wanted any sort of attention, she's someone who is about doing the right thing.
